Every Tikka holds something
Three tiers. Nobody walks away with nothing.
A few legendary, some rare, and a thank-you for everyone else that still names a real benefit. People see what's inside the drop before they claim, so it feels like a fair surprise, not bait.
Who it's for
Built for places people walk into.
If your customers come to a counter, a chair or a table, a Tikka gives them a reason to come in this week, and gives you their number the moment they claim.

A salon in Lekki runs a 600-Tikka drop for two weeks and shares the link in its Instagram bio, on its status and with a QR at the counter. Here's what that looks like on the drop dashboard.

FAQs
Questions businesses ask first.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They open your link, claim with WhatsApp and get their Tikka in their WhatsApp chat. That's it.
How do people claim?
They tap Claim, WhatsApp opens with a short message to Tikka, and they send it. Their Tikka arrives in the chat with a code they show at your counter.
Can one person claim many Tikkas?
No. It's one Tikka per WhatsApp number per drop. You can also limit a drop to new customers, or to once every few weeks.
What does a thank-you Tikka give people?
Something small but real that you choose, like 10% off, a free add-on or priority booking. A thank-you Tikka is never empty.
How long do Tikkas last?
Usually 14 days from when someone claims, even if your drop ends sooner, so everyone gets time to come in. A short deadline gets more people through the door. You can choose 7 or 30 days instead.
Can people from other cities claim my Tikkas?
Yes. Tikka works across Nigeria. Someone in Ibadan can find your Lagos drop on the marketplace, claim it, and redeem it next time they're in town, as long as it's before the Tikka expires. Every Tikka shows its expiry date.
Can my staff check codes?
Yes. Invite them by email. Staff only see the redeem screen: they scan or type a code, check it, and confirm. They never see your list.
Who sees my customers' numbers?
Only you, the owner. Your staff can check codes at the counter but never see phone numbers or your list.
Can I message people about my next drop?
You can message anyone who claimed about their Tikka. For future drops, only people who ticked 'Send me future drops' when they claimed. That keeps you within Nigeria's data protection rules and keeps people happy to hear from you.
What's the business page?
Every business gets a free page at usetikka.com/yourname: your services, prices, photos, reviews, hours and location, plus your live drop. Put it in your Instagram and WhatsApp bio. It's free, always.
What's the QR poster?
A printable poster, standee and sticker with your own Tikka QR. Put it at your counter or in a partner's shop. It always opens your current drop, or lets people sign up for your next one.
What does it cost?
Your business page and your first drop (up to 200 Tikkas) are free. After that you pay per drop: ₦5,000 for up to 300, ₦10,000 for up to 1,000 or ₦20,000 for up to 3,000. Or buy a season pack of 3 drops. Pay by card or transfer. No subscription.
Does Tikka use AI?
Spark, our drop strategist, is coming soon. It will suggest offers, sizes and timing based on what works for businesses like yours.
What if my drop doesn't bring customers?
If a paid drop brings fewer than 5 customers (Small), 10 (Medium) or 20 (Large) through your door, your next drop of the same size is free. You just need to share it in at least 3 places, like your Instagram bio, your status and the QR at your counter. Once per business.
Your first drop can be live today.
Pick an offer, share one link, and see who walks in. Free to start.
